How do I book a service?
You can book a service in three ways: 1) Visit your nearest RapidFix centre directly, 2) Call the centre to book an appointment, or 3) Use our online booking form on the Services page. We recommend booking in advance during peak hours for faster service.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 4 hours before your appointment time without any charges. For same-day cancellations, a nominal fee may apply. For franchise details, please contact franchise@rapidfixmobility.com
Do you offer any warranty on services?
Yes! All our services come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the workmanship within 7 days, we'll redo the service at no additional cost. Parts used have the manufacturer's warranty.
How long does a typical service take?
Most services take between 15-45 minutes depending on the service type. Oil changes are quick (15-20 min), while comprehensive inspections and brake services take longer (30-40 min). Check the service details for specific timelines.
Do you use original parts?
Yes, we exclusively use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for all replacements. We source from authorized distributors to ensure quality and authenticity. Cost difference for alternative parts is discussed with the customer beforehand.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and mobile payment solutions like Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm. Most centres also offer EMI options for larger services.
